Microsoft Dynamics CRM Senior
Consultant
Location(s): Houston, TX
SalesMetrix is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant who can lead, architect, manage and perform Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation projects for medium and large enterprises. The
Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring a successful solution is delivered on-time and on-budget and that the customers’ expectations are exceeded - quality and consistency is a must!
You will be supported by a strong project team of solution architects,
developers, and technical consultants but will need to have a solid working
knowledge with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a strong background in project
management and business process optimization. While your primary function will
be as a Senior Consultant, from time to time, we may also ask you to assist with other functions including sales and marketing, and general administration related activities. This is a full-time salaried position with bonus. Out of town travel up to 20% may be required.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Client and SalesMetrix project teams to define functional
requirements and document solution design.
- Specify and convey requirements
for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to development team and test
completed solutions.
- Perform installation, configuration, integration,
testing, training, documentation and support for Dynamics CRM solutions that
follow the SalesMetrix methodology.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget,
and project deliverables.
- Execute turnkey CRM implementation projects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience with business process analysis and documentation.
- 3+
years Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with
Microsoft CRM, Saleslogix, Siebel or Salesforce.com
- 3+ years’ experience
performing CRM data migrations, end-user training, design specification
creation, and system configuration.
- 3+ years’ experience working with
Microsoft SQL
- Candidates must exhibit a high level of professionalism
and be able to complete a variety of project tasks in a timely and efficient
manner.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Excellent written,
presentation, and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree
Desirable experience as follows:
- Master’s Degree and/or PMP certification
- Microsoft certifications such as: MS Dynamics CRM; MCSE, MCDBA, MCSD.
- Exposure to Microsoft‘s Sure Step Methodology, Certification preferred.
