Microsoft Dynamics CRM Principal
Consultant
Location(s): Houston, TX
SalesMetrix is looking for an experienced Principal Consultant who can lead, architect, manage and perform Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation projects for medium and large enterprises. The Principal Consultant will be responsible for ensuring a successful solution is delivered on-time and on-budget and that the customers’ expectations are exceeded - quality and consistency is a must!
You will be supported by a strong project team of solution architects, developers, and technical consultants but will need to have a solid working knowledge with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a strong background in project management and business process optimization.
While your primary function will be as a Principal Consultant, from time to time, we may also ask you to assist with other functions including sales and marketing, and general administration related activities. This is a full-time salaried position with bonus. Out of town travel up to 20% may be required.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Client and SalesMetrix project teams to define functional
requirements and document solution design.
- Configuration of the Microsoft
Dynamics CRM application.
- Specify and convey requirements for custom
code, integrations, and custom reports to development team and test completed
solutions.
- Generate user and technical documentation
- Train
end users and system administrators.
- Create, update, and review project
plans, manage project team, deliverables, budgets, and deadlines.
- Represent
SalesMetrix at promotional and educational events.
Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience directly managing software implementation projects;
PMP certification is a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience with marketing,
sales, and customer service operations and strategies.
- 5+ years’
experience in consulting, business analysis, implementation, or product support
in CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred.
- Exposure
to Microsoft‘s Sure Step Methodology. Certification preferred.
- Microsoft
CRM Integration and / or Scribe Integration Tools experience a plus.
- Must
have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal
communication skills, work well in teams, and instill customer confidence.
- Bachelor’s
degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
