Will Moseley: Practice Manager
Will Moseley is the CEO at SalesMetrix and is responsible for the vision, direction, and management of the company's client delivery teams. Will’s vast experience with Microsoft solutions and business process engineering has empowered SalesMetrix with the innovation and agility to be a leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions partner. With the release of Microsoft CRM in 2002, Will founded SalesMetrix with the vision that sales and marketing teams were much more likely to achieve value from a CRM solution that actually streamlined business processes and was a natural extension of Outlook. Prior to founding SalesMetrix in 2002, Will was a founding partner and CEO at Enterlogix Corporation which quickly grew to become one of the top performing ERP implementation partners for what is now Microsoft Dynamics. Will is also a registered Professional Engineer and spent 10 years in engineering and construction as a process design engineer at URS Corporation and Radian International. Will holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in engineering from UCLA and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas.

Toby Roberts: Chief Operating Officer
Toby Roberts is the COO at SalesMetrix and is responsible for overall management of the company’s internal operations.  He builds and maintains the infrastructure that helps ensure SalesMetrix consultants can focus their talents on delivering successful projects for our clients.  Toby started consulting on the Great Plains ERP platform, now Microsoft Dynamics, in 1998 and went on to lead sophisticated implementations for leading e-business startups during the dot-com era.  Afterwards, he co-founded two companies, including Enterlogix Corporation, where he served in roles including Vice President, Chairman and CFO.  Toby has a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, is a Certified Public Accountant and holds Microsoft certifications including Microsoft's Sure Step methodology.

Dan Stein: Director, Consulting
DDan Stein is a Principal Consultant with SalesMetrix, responsible for project leadership on our engagements and plays a leading role in managing consulting operations and optimizing implementation methodology. Dan has been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since its initial release in 2002 and has over 19 years of experience in project management and service delivery in the software consulting industry managing software implementations, software upgrades, customer service centers, installation departments, and call centers. Dan holds a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology as well as a Microsoft MCSE, MCDBA, and Dynamics GP and CRM certifications.

Tunc Samiloglu, Director, Applications Development
Tunc Samiloglu is a Principal Consultant with SalesMetrix, responsible for solution architecture, applications development methodology, and for the software engineering group and working with offshore development teams. Tunc has over 12 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, specializing in solution architecture and implementation. Prior to joining SalesMetrix, Tunc was a Senior Manager with Credera Inc., National Technology Practice Director for ePartners Inc., and held a variety of positions with consulting firms including IBM Australia. Tunc has a Bachelor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Monash University – Australia.

Martin Heward, Director, Solutions Architecture
Martin Heward is a Principal Consultant with SalesMetrix, responsible for project leadership on our engagements and plays a leading role in innovating and architecting cutting edge CRM and XRM solutions. Martin is a seasoned Business Analyst, consultant, and software developer with deep experience in designing SOA solutions based on Microsoft.net. He has over 12 years of experience defining and developing solutions across an array of industries. Before joining SalesMetrix, Martin was a Sr. Business Process Analysts and Solutions Architect at Baker Hughes, a worldwide leader in oilfield services. Martin holds a Bachelors degree in Information Systems from Michigan Tech University.

Shannon Sheldon: Director, Client Services
Shannon Sheldon is a Senior Consultant with SalesMetrix, responsible for managing post engagement client services, CRM enhancements, and customer satisfaction programs. Shannon is passionate about client satisfaction and customer loyalty. She has been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since the initial release in 2002 and has over 10 years experience with various CRM solutions. Prior to SalesMetrix, Shannon managed a call center and held consulting roles at such companies as HP. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M and is certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GP.
